Domiciliary Care Provider 

Services we provide Personal Care , Support with medication, and all other none regulated activity support i.e. shopping, end of life palliative care.

To provide the best service to our clients and service user, i.e. Domiciliary Care , Nursing Homes, Semi independence, and children Homes. The Hopes special Care has agreed to provide a service in line with the agreed care / support plan.

 

To care for service users and client in non-discriminatory ways, respecting each user’s dignity, individuality, cultural social background and independence.

Our staff to work inline with other staff member from other services and multi agencies in order to provide an integrated approach to people ‘s health and wellbeing.

To work in partnership with users’ family members and other professional who are involved in their care and support.

To contribute to individual wellbeing, to delivered person centred care to Service user in their Own home Residential Homes, Semi independent home and children home. Services includes washing dressing supports with physical disabilities.
